Refund Policy - the basics
Effective Date: August 9, 2025
At DAVIS1834 ENTERPRISE CONSULTING CORPORATION, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all consulting services, strategy sessions, project engagements, and retainers purchased from DAVIS1834 ENTERPRISE CONSULTING CORPORATION.
2. Non-Refundable Services
All completed consulting sessions, delivered work products, and project milestones are non-refundable once rendered or delivered. Due to the nature of consulting services, significant time, expertise, and resources are invested from the outset, making refunds generally not applicable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
-
Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally processed more than once.
-
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to initiate the agreed-upon services within the mutually agreed timeline and no work has been performed.
-
Technical Billing Error: If a processing error results in incorrect charges.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our billing department at info@davis1834enterprise.com within 10 business days of the transaction. The request must include:
-
Proof of payment
-
Reason for refund request
-
Contract or invoice reference
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of services, we encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions, additional sessions, or alternative solutions before considering monetary refunds.
7. Changes to This Policy
DAVIS1834 ENTERPRISE CONSULTING CORPORATION reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Any unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and recover associated fees.
5. Evidence & Documentation
All disputes must be supported by documentation, such as invoices, contracts, email correspondence, or proof of payment. We will also maintain records of all communications and work performed.
6. Final Decision
If no agreement is reached after reasonable attempts at resolution, either party may seek resolution through mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings, as outlined in the governing contract or agreement.
7. Changes to This Policy
DAVIS1834 ENTERPRISE CONSULTING CORPORATION reserves the right to update or modify this Dispute Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
